Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing, communicating, and implementing a successful regional growth strategy in partnership with business unit sales leaders
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to communicate potential growth opportunities for the region.
  • Responsible for generating new commercial opportunities in currently served and unserved markets as well as maintaining existing accounts
  • Sets regional sales targets/KPIs (in alignment with Global KPIs) and monitors performance.
  • Provides leadership to the regional sales and commercial personnel.
  • Responsible for building consolidating regional yearly budgets and monthly forecasts for all segments
  • Ad hoc duties


Requirements:


  • Min Degree in Engineering
  • Min 8-10 years of technical sales experience in the Capital Drilling Equipment industry
  • Extensive knowledge of both land and offshore drilling markets required.
  • Excellent Negotiation & Sales Skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
