EXPECTATIONS AND TASK
- It is a role for pioneering SEA region by developing new accounts and partners for banking, insurance & ESG solutions.
- The person should plan the most effective go-to-market strategies for each market and engage with new clients and partners to generate new revenue in the region.
- The person will also act as a Subject Matter Expert for SME banking and embedded finance solutions, supporting peers to discover relevant use cases and business opportunities for customers by educating solution details and present & demo to peers and clients.
- Identifying new market opportunities and trends.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Support of SAP Fioneer´s client partners with deep industry and solution knowledge
- Help customers understand the value and benefit potential of SAP Fioneer solutions and services
- You are savvy in a broad range of key processes in financial services and will work in the Southeast Asia region.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 12+ Years of experience with Banking and / or Insurance process knowledge in the areas of core banking, core insurance, finance management, data management, ecosystems in financial services
- Profound experience with business processes and insurance products in the insurance industry.
- A deep understanding of the value chain of a primary insurer is expected. Focus on product and policy management processes in the Property and Casualty, Life and Pensions and/or Health insurance.
- Experience in planning and managing Pre-Sales DEMO’s, PoC exercises and Innovation programs.
- Project- and Consulting Experience in Banking / Insurance Implementations and corresponding project programs
- Proficient understanding of SAP, SAP Fioneer, its products and solutions, partners, markets and competition.
- Customer interaction on a Senior Level
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University degree in information technology, computer science or business administration
- Excellent knowledge of Insurance solutions, excellent knowledge of the core insurance business processes in sales, operation and claims
- Ability to be creative, flexible and adaptable to a changing work environment.
- Superior customer focus and service-based attitude, being used to a self-directed approach to work.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication skills and strong presentation confidence
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
