  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to facilitate the seamless integration of new technologies into production.
  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends in advanced packaging and spearheading the development of cutting-edge technologies to maintain ASMPT's competitive edge.
  • Present research findings and project updates to senior management and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise reports to inform decision-making.

Experience Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of advanced packaging technologies, such as System-in-Package (SiP), Fan-Out Wafer-Level Packaging (FOWLP), and Heterogeneous Integration.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.

Education/Qualification

  • Min. Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years in semiconductor or a related industry, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing R&D projects.
