Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a committed Immigration Consultant with at least 1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As an Immigration Consultant, you'll oversee the entire immigration application process, build lasting client relationships, and ensure top-notch service delivery.


Your duties as an Immigration Specialist are as follows:

  • Cultivate strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the immigration application process.
  • Manage the entire immigration application process, from content development to final service delivery.
  • Coordinate submission schedules for Singapore Permanent Residency and Citizenship appointments, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Actively explore new sales prospects through various methods like cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media.
  • Address client inquiries, provide assistant to ensure their satisfaction and understanding during and after the submission process.
  • Undertake additional assigned tasks, including educating clients on the entire application process and assisting in liaising with respective companies for necessary documentation.
  • Guide clients on ICA (Immigration and Checkpoints Authority) requirements in Singapore, ensuring adherence to immigration regulations and timelines.
  • Respond to client inquiries through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Assist in other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Hold at least 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the immigration or consultancy industry.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Achieve the Management's monthly KPIs.
  • Preferably familiar with Singapore immigration regulations and ICA requirements.
  • Possess excellent communication and bilingual.
