Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and process all enrolments and registration
- In-charge of school fees collection
- Handle & follow-up on customers’ enquiries
- Assist in daily school operations
Requirements:
- Relevant customer service experience and enjoy interacting and communicating with children and parents
- Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking parents and customers enrolling their children into this Chinese language school
- Able to commit to working on weekends
