  • Maintain goodpersonal hygiene practices to ensure food safetypractice
  • Perform R&D, develop recipes andbreakdown task for the preparation of bakery items whilemaintaining costs and ensuring quality of products
  • Maintain equipment to ensure the safety of the food andtrainees
  • Purchase ingredients only fromapproved vendors to assure the safety of food and halalcertified
  • Record and update information neededto document daily production using the HACCP/ AVAprocedures
  • Ensure compliance to food safetyand hygiene regulations at all times Job Requirements
  • Record performing assessments of trainees. (Standards ofWork Performance reports, Progress reports & WSP)
  • Train and guide trainees with special needs on bakingprocess and procedure

  • Higher NITEC/Diploma/ Degree in Food & Beverage Management andequivalent
  • Possess 2 to 3 years of workrelated experience in bakery or pastry
  • Possessgood communication skills
  • Able to interactwell with people with special needs and their caregivers
