Position: Travel Consultant

Salary Range: Basic SGD 1,800 – 2,000 + Commission + Tour Leading Allowance (Full-time)

Job Description:

  • Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents (PR), and Malaysians may apply.
  • Handle counter sales and tour leading duties.
  • Respond to and fulfill all travel needs of clients.
  • Assist with other travel-related tasks within the company.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest travel trends and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or certification in Travel, Tourism, or Sales is an advantage.
  • Passionate about travel with basic travel knowledge.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Must be proficient in bilingual communication (English and Mandarin).
  • Strong customer service mindset, willing to provide excellent service.
  • Good teamwork skills and a positive work attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and holidays, as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service by effectively handling client inquiries and complaints.

Work Schedule:

  • 5.5 days per week.
  • Retail hours, shift work including weekends and public holidays.
