Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage small to large-scale projects within NFRR, ensuring successful and timely execution.
  • Manage transaction reporting for OTC derivatives, including executing changes to existing reports as required.
  • Drive global initiatives, including overseeing the revamp of jurisdictional reports; having successfully rewritten reports for 3 out of 5 jurisdictions, and now supporting the GOLIVE of 2 additional jurisdictions.
  • Oversee projects at the transition phase before handover to Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
  • Collaborate with the global markets business teams between the bank and APAC regions to align on key deliverables.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules, milestones, and plans, ensuring projects remain on track with respect to time and budget.
  • Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders on the alignment with project objectives and financial constraints.
  • Produce all required project documentation, including governance-related reports and materials.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with global Change management policies and requirements (ECM).
  • Facilitate and chair working groups and Steering Committees, driving critical decision-making processes and strategic discussions.
  • Oversee acceptance testing and ensure alignment with the established testing strategy, when applicable.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture key lessons learned, ensuring effective benefit realization.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in internal processes and quality standards within the team.
