Technical Support Engineer (Power & Cooling)

This role supports pre-and post-sales activities to drive business success and deliver exceptional customer experiences. By collaborating across teams and ensuring high-quality service, the role contributes to achieving key business goals while upholding the organization's values and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Solutions Support: Analyze customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and provide both pre- and post-sales assistance to ensure success in implementing solutions.
  • Collaboration & Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and partners to design and propose optimal solutions aligned with customer expectations. Assist sales efforts through demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical issues at the initial level, ensuring timely and effective customer support.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Deliver training sessions to sales teams and channel partners to enhance understanding of products and services.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends by participating in relevant seminars, webinars, and learning opportunities.
  • Ad-Hoc Contributions: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support broader business goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working within Data centers and/or supporting & designing solutions for Data centers.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Networking, Power, and Datacenter Management tools.
  • Knowledge of cooling, containment, and structured cabling will be an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English (Spoken & written) with good presentation skills
