Operations Management
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the food court
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety management
- Managing vendor relationship and negotiations
Staff Supervision
- Hiring, training and supervising food court staff
- Schedule shifts and managing complaints and feedback
Customer Service
- Ensuring a high level of customer service
- Handling customer complaints and feedback
Financial Management
- Budgeting and financial planning for the foodcourt
- Monitoring and managing expenses
Inventory Control
- Managing inventory levels and and ordering supplies
- Implementing effective inventory control measures
Marketing Promotions
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Planning and executing promotions to attract customers
Quality Control
- Ensuring food quality and safety standards
- Implementing and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Sales Analysis
- Analyzing sales data and trends to optimize offerings
- Implementing strategies to increase overall sales
Compliance and Regulationns
- Staying informed about relevant industry regulations
- Ensuring compliance with local health and safety codes
Event Planning
- Organizing and co-ordinating special events or promotions within the food court
Continuous Improvement
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and incorporating best practices
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Food Court operations
- Passion working in the F&B industry and its operational processes
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Has the ability to professionally address customers' feedback and complaints
- Able to promote positive work environment
