Your Role:

As the Director, you will report directly to the Head of the Business Solutions Division, taking charge of a diverse portfolio of clients and ensuring the delivery of top-notch services in accounting, payroll processing, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and business advisory. You will be the driving force behind the growth and success of the division, tasked with expanding our client base, enhancing service offerings, uphold high standard of deliverables and boosting operational efficiency and profitability.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of dedicated professionals, providing mentorship and ensuring they possess the skills and resources needed for peak performance.
  • Forge and nurture robust relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders, surpassing their expectations with our service quality.
  • Navigate the risks and seize the opportunities within the Business Solutions Division, maintaining strict adherence to laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Collaborate across divisions and with the PKF network to capitalize on cross-selling and value-adding opportunities.
  • Partner with the Division's Partner to drive business growth, focusing on increasing revenue and profitability.
  • Provide seamless integration of services with the corporate secretarial department, enhancing client satisfaction.

Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in Accountancy or a related field, complemented by a professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • A commendable leadership background, with extensive experience in audit, accounting, financial management, and reporting.
  • A strategic and innovative thinker, adept at problem-solving.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, corporate governance, and business processes.
  • Those with prior audit or accounting managerial level experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Familiarity with fund accounting, and MAS regulations is desirable but not mandatory.
