Position : Admin Assistant cum Receptionist

Location : Raffles Place

Working hours : Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.


Responsibilities:

1) Perform general receptionist jobs.

2) Attending to tenants and property agents.

3) General duties and ad hoc as assigned.


Requirements:

1) At lease 1-2 years working experience.

2) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

3) Highly motivated, with a positive mindset, good working attitude, and a sense of responsibility.

4) A good team player, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills.

5) Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

6) Only Singaporean / PR to apply.
