Job Description:

  • Identify strategic partnerships and business opportunities to expand market reach
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive growth and differentiation
  • Assist in refining overall business strategy, including market positioning and revenue growth initiatives
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support marketing efforts
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities
  • Drive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and grow customer success team to handle day-to-day operations of project rollout, implementation, adoption.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management or relevant
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Passion for innovation and technology, with a keen interest in the construction industry and emerging trends in construction technology
