Our client is a highly regarded progressive organisation known for its strong focus on innovation. To support its strategic business growth and transformation agenda, there is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic Digital / Tech HR leader to be appointed as Chief People Officer, based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the leadership team of a high performing organization that is undergoing strategic transformation. This is a highly strategic role managing a sizeable People division, responsible for all People Strategy and People Operations, including strategic workforce transformation, recruitment, leadership and talent management and development, compensation and benefits, workplace, organisational development, employee engagement and culture. You will be a strategic business partner, and instrumental in leading and developing your team in providing People solutions aligned to the company's innovation and growth agenda, including presenting to the Board and Remuneration Committee.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in HR leadership roles gained in progressive Technology companies of scale, with exposure to international best practices in HR. You have experience supporting businesses which have undergone significant organisation transformation, playing key roles in organisation design and development and driving change management at scale. You have the agility to be both a strategic thinker yet operationally hands on where required, and is a demonstrated people leader of large teams. You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as strong presentation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
