Roles & Responsibilities

Engage in daily procurement activities on sourcing and supplier development in accordance to customer's enquiries in cost-efficient manner and qualification.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the sourcing process and supplier selection based on customer enquiries.
  • Develop and identify potential suppliers/manufacturers based on Exim's main products categories.
  • Review and conduct price negotiation with suppliers.
  • Manager the company's Sourcing Software and monitor the sourcing activities based on enquiries productivity, hit-rate of enquiries.
  • Develop and implement control to monitor the enquiries set-up.
  • Arrange technical sharing from manufacturers with Exim's sales tem.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pre-requisities

  • At least Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or in any similar role.
  • Experience in mechanical, electrical or industrial components procurement is preferred.
  • Good communcation and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
