- Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering
- Proven experience in Engineering and Sourcing
- Proven experience in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment
- Proven work experience in Electronics industry
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong data analysis skills
- Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, for financial modeling
- Understanding of technical blueprints and schematics

Knowledge of quality control standards
