Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and self-discipline individual to join our Operations Team as our Inventory Logistics Adminstrator (Full-Time). The role plays a critical part in ensuring our inventory is well-maintained and controlled for smooth delivery of our products and timely production. You shall be responsible for:

  • Handle inventory control management for material receiving or despatch.
  • Perform system transaction to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Handle products & stock items counting, tagging, and pick packing in the warehouse.
  • Handle materials kitting for production & liaising with factories for pick-up & delivery.
  • Warehouse Management Control, including storage and layout plans, housekeeping, maintenance, and to address any operational shortfall.
  • Support stocktaking activities.
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as preparing of delivery orders, packing list, managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
  • Liaising with forwarder or courier service on shipment booking.
  • Support eshoppenow activities and CRM.
  • Assist in QC check for wearables.

Requirements

  • Min. Nitec or Diploma in Logistics related course
  • Min. 3 – 5 years work experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of BOM/MRP/warehouse management system is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs with Advanced Skills using MS Excel.
  • Self-discipline, organized, efficient, and results-driven.
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Able to do manual task, e.g. lifting and moving of stock during stock count etc.
