Job Description:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform business strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital marketing.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the company's client base.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
Requirements:
- Diploma in any fields
- Comfortable to sell freight forwarding service such as Cargo, Storage Solutions
