The role involves managing the company's e-commence platforms, as well as assisting with various admin activities.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory updates, and customer inquiries. Ensure accurate product listings, pricing updates, and promotional details across e-commerce platforms. Support administrative tasks such as handling invoicing, tracking shipments, and updating sales records. Assist in maintaining the physical retail store's operations, including customer service and merchandising. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, product launches, and events. Assist with content creation, including writing product descriptions and coordinating product photography. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Interest in e-commerce and retail operations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration:

Hourly wage of $8-10, depending on experience. $960 to $1200 per month (based on a part-time schedule of 4 weeks, 4 days per week, and 7.5 hours per day). Compensation is on a part-time, hourly basis.

Working Environment:

Flexible working hours and a comfortable office environment. Access to recreational activities within the office.

Career Trail:

Career trail of $7.50 for the first month as part of WSG regulation. Structured learning process during the career trail period. No employee-employment contract. Valid for the first month of the work. Cash incentive from the WSG initiative for retention reward applicable. This program is only applicable to suitable candidate, eligibility refer to WSG website.
