Job Description
The Patient Service Officer/Billing Officer is to manage daily patients' discharge and preparations of their bills. She will be taught to handle the submissions of Medisave/ Medishield Life claims including those the Private Medical Insurance claims through The MidiClaim system.
Responsibilities:
- Process patients' refunds through cheques and credit cards in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for submission to relevant authorities for Medisave / Medishield claims
- Check ledger to ensure the accuracy in billing including the Letter of Certification
- Performs daily discharges of patients form wards. Provide itemized detailed bills and private medical insurers as and when requested
- All other ad-hoc duties that are assigned from time to time
- Working hours - Mon to Fri :8:30am to 5pm/ Sat or Sun 8:30am to 1pm
