Your role

Have you successfully managed large-scale IT initiatives?

Do you want to maintain, technically modernize and migrate large archives (billions of records) ? Do you enjoy coordinating/training various pods in their Agile journey?

We are looking for a hands-on, senior Technical Delivery/Transition Manager and Crew Scrum Master based in Singapore to:

  • assume responsibility to deliver the requirements imposed by the GSRI for records mgmt systems apps within the crew - tight deadline, high visibility at GEB level
  • assume accountability to plan, define, design and lead the implementation of compliant migrations of records from legacy archives to strategic archives and decommission legacy ones to eliminate Regulatory Risks.
  • provide technology solutions that will solve business problems with respect to the integration of the archives of UBS and former CS.
  • ensure broad strategic alignment with the various internal and external stakeholders,
  • technically contributing to and leading the implementation (hands-on codding where needed) and QA related activities of the chosen solutions
  • providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
  • oversee that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production
  • work as Crew Scrum Master responsible to liaising with Pod Leads (Scrum Masters and Product Owners) and Agile Coach to define and implement Agile @UBS within the Crew.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Application Retirement and Records Migration crew of the Client Document and Records Management Stream, as part of the Technology division in Zurich. In this role, you’ll play an important role in. technical management and deliveries related to the records management system owned by the crew (managing billions of records). This work is highly visible to top management with periodic tracking and reporting to GEB.

Your expertise

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field
  • 12+ years’ experience in Records and Content Management tools with senior level technical knowledge of large records management systems is required
  • 12+ years’ experience of hands-on experience as Platform Manager, Senior Software Engineer - Development Team Lead - in the banking / finance environment within a global and matrix organization, with proven successful delivery of high-visibility projects (CIO/COO levels) is required
  • 12+ years’ experience with IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine and IBM Enterprise Records in Large Enterprise Projects is required
  • 5+ years’ experience with Records management application implementing compliance with SEC 17a-3&4 regulations, with Regulatory Compliant Records Repository (RCR)
  • Experienced in Agile Ways of Working
  • Dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude
  • Excellent partner management and ideally experience in driving vendor RFPs, with confirmed skills in similar roles in high-visibility global multi-functional projects.
  • You bring passion and dedication for engineering excellence, experience of driving agile delivery best practice and encouraging creative or visionary thinking in a traditional environment.
  • Your excellent communication skills in English allow you to collaborate effectively and to build up professional relationships
