Roles & Responsibilities

My ideal candidate is a design student who is social media saavy, creatively-inclined but also detail-oriented and efficient to help me with both design/marketing projects and some admin functions. want a challenging and fun job. You probably have something to do most days but hours can be flexi. You simply have to meet your deadlines but I'm reasonable. Please see below the variety of tasks you will be given.

Job Requirements

Candidate must have some form of graphic design/creative background.

Must have knowledge of Photoshop, Freehand Illustrator & Shopify

Competent in photography (no need to be professional standard but a good amateur is fine).

Fresh graduates welcome to apply

Must be able to meet realistic deadlines

Good interpersonal & communication skills.

Singaporean & PR only

Job Scope: Two-Prong

GRAPHIC / MARKETING WORK

1) Designing EDMs for restaurant events / promotions

2) Help with social media updates on FB / Instagram including taking good food photos

(able to market and tie up on wechat and xiaohongshu a plus)

3) Assist with distribution/ profiling event through right social media sites by emailing editors etc.

4) Organise and maintain customer email lists for email marketing

5) Prepare and print menus

ADMIN

1) Meeting 3 times a week if needed to discuss projects

2) Help to source and liase with vendors etc. and cross-compare quotations (when need arise)

3) Update website (wordpress, Shopify)

4) Scan documents – will give you a printer-scanner
