Roles & Responsibilities

Summary of the Role:

The Regional Business Change Management Manager plays a critical role in the Private Capital team in Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Head of Private Capital APAC, the role lead the Regional Business Change Management team to drive the change and provide business analysis & technical expertise to the APAC Private Capital Business.

The role is responsible to work with business representatives from Client Line and Client Delivery to gather, formalize and challenge cross-location the regional business change requirements, change scope and validate acceptance criteria of changes being implemented.


Key Responsibilities:


LEAD AND DEVELOP APAC REGIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT TEAM

· Build & lead the Regional Business Change Management team

· Develop a team of Business Change Management officers according to best-practice framework

· Collaborate with Global Business Change Management Team and IT Team based in Europe to ensure PC global framework and consistency of the Global Operating Model capacity worldwide

· Cover the APAC Caplink Onboarding scope of service in strong collaboration with Warsaw Caplink Service Desk Team

· Work closely with APAC Locations Client Delivery team to manage business changes


CAPLINK PRIVATE APAC CORRESPONDENCE

· Manage Caplink Private dedicated resource(s) specialised in Caplink Private client portal onboarding journey

· Ensure alignment and strong collaboration with Caplink Service Desk based in Warsaw and Head of Portal and Analytics based in Luxembourg

· Ensure the smooth client experience during Caplink Private client portal onboarding journey through the APAC dedicated resource


CHANGE ROADMAP DEFINITION FOR PRIVATE CAPITAL APAC

· Define and prioritise in collaboration with Product Managers and Local Head of Operations the development path for Asia Pacific Private Capital in term of new development, including analysis and documentation /update the Private Capital business processes adapting to changes, where the role provides support with expertise on up-to-date platform capabilities

· Identify opportunities for operational and control enhancements across the Private Capital business domain, where the role support with business analysis technical expertise

· Organise and facilitate workshops cross APAC locations when needed


CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCESS & DOCUMENTATION

· Define mappings & business rules to achieve compatibility between “as is” and “to be” models with inputs from business representatives

· Ensure clear communication with Global Business Change Management (GBCM) team in regards to APAC Business Change Management activities including prioritisation for the region

· Manage User Acceptance Testing campaign and assistance during User Acceptance Testing as required

· Manage daily progress of changes working closely to GBCM Team and IT Teams

· Cultivate relationship between Operations, Products, GBCM & IT Teams

· Update and maintain User guides & other referential and to implement and embed the changes cross APAC locations

· Ensure proper project management & status update being understandable at regional management level


Technical Skills, Qualifications and Experience required for the role:


EXPERIENCE

· At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the fields of Private Capital (Operations or IT ideally)

· At least 3 to 5 years of experience with eFront FrontInvest solutions (Operations, IT Support, Business Analyst, etc.)


TRANSVERSAL SKILLS

· Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive

· Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

· Ability to work well both as an individual and part of a team

· Ability to multi-task


LANGUAGE SKILLS

· Fluent in English (Knowledge of Mandarin, Malaysian, Korean, Japanese or French will be considered as an asset)
