Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Administrative Manager. The Assistant Administrative Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our administrative functions. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and involves working closely with various departments across the organization.


Responsibilities:


Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily administrative operations, including but not limited to, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.

Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes.

Coordinate office maintenance and repair activities.

Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as required.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
