Job Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with Installation and Job trails of Metal cutting machineries eg CNC Machine.
  • Offer technical support and advise to customers on operating and maintain the machines. Explain technical concept to clients.
  • Documentation (Service report, Machine registration, filing and record).
  • Built and maintain relationship with existing clients, distributors and dealers.
  • Work closely with the sales team and provide sales support when necessary.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum ITE/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
  • Experience in servicing of Metal cutting machineries filed
  • Willing to Travel overseas for work
