Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving lead generation, improving our online presence, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, sponsored ads (Google and other platforms), website content management (WordPress/Webflow), and analytics to ensure we generate warm, qualified leads. A background in healthcare is advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive qualified leads to Mesh Bio, leveraging content marketing, paid ads, SEO, and other digital marketing tactics.
- Content Optimization: Continuously improve the content of our website to boost engagement and conversion rates, focusing on SEO best practices and user experience.
- Paid Advertising: Manage Google Ads and other sponsored ads, ensuring we maximize ROI by targeting the right audience with tailored messaging.
- SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive web traffic.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and healthcare, adapting strategies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Value Proposition Creation: Develop compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences, including healthcare professionals.
- Website Management: Ensure our website (WordPress/Webflow) is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and measure the success of digital marketing campaigns using metrics such as traffic, click-through rates, and conversions. Provide regular reports and insights.
- Familiarity with HCP OPS & Buying Behavior: Understand healthcare professional (HCP) operations and buying behavior to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Calendly & Appointment Management: Drive traffic to appointment scheduling platforms like Calendly, focusing on converting leads to booked meetings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial and product, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, WordPress/Webflow, and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, GMP, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on digital marketing data.
- Excellent understanding of lead generation tactics and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with HCP operations, buying behavior, and healthcare marketing (preferred but not required).
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
