First Page Digital is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator who loves to drive game changing digital marketing campaigns through targeted traffic increase and conversions. What you'll be doing:

1. Coordinate Content Delivery:

  • Collaborate with internal content creation teams to ensure the timely production and delivery of digital content.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between writers, designers, and other relevant team members to maintain workflow efficiency.

2. Client Communication:

  • Assist in communicating with clients regarding project timelines, content delivery schedules, and any updates on ongoing tasks.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.

3 Task Timelines and Execution:

  • Work closely with internal teams to establish and communicate clear timelines for each task in the digital marketing projects.
  • Monitor and ensure that internal team members adhere to project timelines, intervening as needed to address delays or issues.

4. Project Management:

  • Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, track progress, and ensure the smooth execution of our digital marketing projects.
  • Provide support and collaborate with account specialists and team leads to identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve project efficiency.
  • Assist in project planning, organization, and documentation.

5. Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that content pieces meet quality standards and align with client expectations before delivery.
  • Conduct quality checks on content to verify accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of project timelines, client communications, and task execution.
  • Generate regular reports on project progress, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

What we need:

  • 1-2 years of agency experience in managing campaigns across multiple industries and market segments with SEO fundamental knowledge is a plus
  • Good knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and popular research Tools such as AHREFS, SimilarWeb, SEMrush and many more
  • Client servicing role in prior career will be an added advantage
  • Good writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Someone who values quality; you care about craftsmanship and take pride in their work.
  • An experienced SEO & SEM Campaign Manager with SEO & PPC knowledge (AdWords, FB Business Manager & etc) is a plus.
  • A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
  • Able to work within tight deadlines
  • A team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Data driven with strong business acumen and analytic skills
  • Relationship builder and constantly strives to establish good relationship with internal and external partners for the benefit of the company
  • Good project management skills with experience in resource planning and timeline management.
  • Entry level candidates with similar relevant experience are welcomed to apply
