We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Kopi Barista Stall Assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, provide excellent customer service, and be part of a supportive team.


Position: Stall Assistant

Location: [Haig Road Market & Food Centre]

Working Hours: 6 Days a Week, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation: $2000/month + Transport Allowance


Requirements:

• Singaporean / Permanent Resident (PR) only

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate


Key Responsibilities:

1. Cashiering & Customer Service

• Handle cash register operations, process customer payments, and provide accurate change.

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.


2. Toast Preparation

• Prepare and serve a variety of traditional toasts (e.g., Kaya toast) according to standard recipes.

• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all items served.


3. Stall Management & Clean-Up

• Assist in daily operations of the stall, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall at all times, adhering to food safety regulations.

• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly.


4. Inventory Check & Re-stock

• Monitor stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials.

• Assist in restocking inventory as needed and inform the manager of any shortages.

• Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory. 5. Support Team Operations

• Work collaboratively with the Stall Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations.

• Assist with any additional tasks as required by the Stall Manager
