Position: You will be appointed as an Assistant Manager for boutique studios offering retail and exercise experience.
roles and duties :
● assist the general manager in all aspects of the business, including managing daily operations, scheduling, inventory control, with particular emphasis on promoting sales of products
● collaborate with the general manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, achievement of sales targets as discussed and set by the company; organizing promotional events to launch products or classes
● Plan, develop, implement, and manage strategies of studios’ social media account
● Create and manage a social media content calendar
● ensure a clean and safe studio environment, maintaining expected housekeeping
