Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Volunteer Management:

· Lead the entire volunteer life cycle including recruitment, screening/interviewing, matching, orientation, deployment, review/feedback, appreciation, training, and exit.

· Maintain up to date volunteer database.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with volunteers and stakeholders in the community to foster a sense of belonging and commitment.

· Coordinating all programs and activities related to volunteer services and engagement with beneficiaries of the Home.

· Undertake any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Event Management:

· Lead in the planning and execution of events for beneficiaries and stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.

· Drive engagement with Home’s beneficiaries, ensuring their active participation and enjoyment during events while overseeing smooth operations.
