Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Market Intelligence Lead to spearhead our market research efforts, analyze competitive trends, and provide actionable insights to support business growth. You will play a key role in shaping our market positioning, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead market research initiatives to gather competitive intelligence and monitor industry trends in trading, CFDs, and financial markets.
  • Analyze key market indicators, competitor activities, and customer behavior to develop comprehensive reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align market insights with business goals and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify and assess emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in the global financial markets, especially in trading technologies and platforms.
  • Provide data-driven insights on market conditions, competitive positioning, and customer needs to guide business decisions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key market metrics and performance indicators.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes, macroeconomic shifts, and global market movements to ensure alignment with business strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market intelligence, market research, or competitive analysis within the financial services or trading industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and market research platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of trading platforms, CFD markets, forex, and other financial products.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
