Key Responsibilities

You will represent the company as well as uphold the company's image with the impression you leave on our clients. You will be the focal point of communication between students, parents and management, providing information, scheduling classes, sorting out administrative tasks, handling queries and sales, and managing feedback. In order to let clients feel welcome at the gymnastics centre, an approachable attitude is the way to go.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience of administrative and receptionist background (please provide references)
  • Education qualifications (degree, diploma, or certificate in administration and business)
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • A customer-service oriented attitude
  • Able to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Possess effective communicative and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in intermediate Excel & other MS office application
  • Meticulous, independent and has good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Work during business operation hours i.e. from afternoon to night
  • Able to work on weekends (weekdays off in lieu)
  • Singaporeans or PRs only
