Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope

  • Manage routine administrative tasks to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Provide administrative support for the examination process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist with exchange programs, online courses, and internship-related matters.
  • Support the review and processing of course results.
  • Facilitate the course appeals process for incoming exchange students.
  • Assist in course registration process.
  • Handle time-sensitive activities such as data entry, record updates, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
  • Secretariat duties.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties and support assigned projects to ensure smooth transitions and uninterrupted operations.
  • Provide additional support as required by the Reporting Officer.

Work Arrangement:

Contract Duration: 2 Jan 2025 – 1 Jul 2025 (6 months)

Working Hours:

  • Mon – Thurs: 8:30am to 5:45pm (45min lunch break)
    • Fri: 8:30am to 5:15pm (45min lunch break)
    • Location: Nanyang Link
    • Salary: Monthly rated (TBA)

Work Requirements:

· A-Level or Diploma Holder

· Prior experience in a relevant administrative role in an institution of higher learning will be advantageous

· Good communication skills

· Self-motivated, resourceful and flexible in adjusting and responding to changing priorities

· Organised and meticulous with an eye for details

· Able to work independently and as a team

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
