Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Ensure daily needs of residents are well taken care of.
  2. Motivate residents through their day-to-day interaction.
  3. Handle residents’ complaints.
  4. Refer residents’ issues to Social Worker when necessary.
  5. Assist in institutional programmes such as outings.
  6. Oversee HWH estate management
  7. Assist in monitoring of workplace safety and health standards.
  8. Provide logistics support for the effective functioning of HWH
