Office near to MacPherson MRT

Budget: $2000 - 3000

Company is doing Renovation / A&A projects for Shopping Mall / Commercial Building.


Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in QS + 2 Years Exp in Sub Con

Job Scopes:

  • Doing a thorough review of blueprints and construction plans.
  • Preparing the quantity requirements.
  • Creating reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and other related documents.
  • Liaising with clients and other professionals like Site Managers, Project Managers, and Site Engineers.
  • Readying labour and supplier accounts for payment.
  • Making negotiations regarding labour contracts and timelines.
  • Checking inventory and ordering more materials whenever needed.
