We are currently looking to fill our
Quantity Surveyor role.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim
  • Familiar with preparation of tender & quotation
  • Familiar with drafting of Bill Of Quantities (BQ)
  • Carry out Quantity takeoff for tendering of projects
  • Ability to source for supplies and subcontractors for quotation for tendering
  • Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations.
  • Carry out site measurement
  • Evaluation and certificate of subcontractors' progress payments
  • Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification.
  • Preparation of Job Order for internal department processing
  • Preparation of Delivery Order and Invoices for clients

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Quantity Surveying, Building or Construction Engineering
  • Min 12 years of working experience in local renovation works in Singapore
  • Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good technical knowledge and well versed in interpretation of drawings.
