As a Commercial QS, you'll be responsible for providing cost management and quantity surveying services to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
  • Develop and implement cost control measures
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost management
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standardsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in commercial quantity surveying
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., Excel, CostX, etc.)
