Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Resposibilities:

  • Promote and sell tap changer in the market of ASEAN countries.
  • Carry out vendor qualification process in main electricity utilities and industrial end users in the region.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies through preparation of a strategic sales plan.
  • Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention and new business development goals.
  • Make offers to transformer manufacturing companies and lead the forging and maintainance of partnerships and other business enhancing relationships.
  • Manage sales contract/purchase order execution processes.
  • Coordinate with headquarter for logistic and financial transaction.
  • Maintain and manage distribution networks
  • Lead the development of a sales program the recruiting, training and management of the sales team.
  • Set up sales projections and sales budgets in coordination with the group management.
  • Prepare and review monthly reports and sales forecasts to analysis current/potential market and sales trends. Develop, in coordination with the group management, and implement marketing plans for the products and services to increase revenue and market share and monitor performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan.
  • Proactively build and identify opportunities for sales on new channels and implement sales plans that drive measurable results.
  • Accountable for the achievement of all established goals and/or budgets assisting sales department in achieving overall budgeted revenue goals.
  • Assist with marketplace analysis, brand development, advertising, promotions, social media, public relations, planning and sales.
  • Organize seminars, trainings, attending shows & exhibitions.
  • Extensive business travelling in the region.

Qualification:

  • At least five years’ working experience in power equipment sales position. Successful sales track record with utility customers in the region, such as Singapore Power Group, TNB, EGAT, PLN, EVN, NGCP ,etc.
  • Technical background is preferred.
  • Singaporean nationality only.
