Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • General office administration duties and perform basic data entry and documentation using Excel
  • Prepare of invoices and maintaining accurate records of orders, deliveries, and payments.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating between workshop staff and customers.
  • Monitor and update job progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with stock-taking and ordering of materials when required.
  • Ensure compliance with workshop safety and environmental regulations.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and any additional requirements.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email communication.
  • Comfortable working in a factory workshop environment.
  • Familiarity with industrial or electroplating processes would be an advantage
