About the Role

We are looking for an IT Operations Manager to provide enterprise-level end-user computing services. You will drive new initiatives, manage outsourced service providers, and ensure the smooth delivery of desktop services to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and manage enterprise-level end-user computing services.
  • Plan and execute innovative enhancements using endpoint technologies.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and vendors to manage and deliver ICT projects.
  • Standardize desktop services to improve efficiency.
  • Supervise and maintain desktop services, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, deploying, and leading enterprise ICT infrastructure for endpoint services.
  • Strong expertise in endpoint technologies, with knowledge of networking and servers.
