Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Provide frontline customer service for counselling centre with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and therapists, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about services, pricing, and policies to clients.
  • Ensure the room is ready before each session with refreshments
  • Maintain overall, cleanliness, and neatness of the centre.
  • Ensure payment is collected and send information to the finance department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and therapist information.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook (Email)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent customer service skills
