Experience & Skills:
At least 2 years in a similar role or prior work experience in vet industry;
Handle reception duties, patient registration, appointment scheduling, medication dispensing and responding to inquiries on WhatsApp, phone and email;
Client and pets interaction;
Assist vets by providing care for pets;
Ensure the clinic remains clean and hygienic.
