STARCHAMPS @ Toa Payoh is looking for a passionate Student Care Support Receptionist to join our Team

Commencement: Mid Mar 2025 onwards

Part time hourly rate

Timing: Mon (12 - 7 pm), Thu (12 - 7 pm), Fri (12 - 7 pm)


Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-ins, telephone and email enquiries
  • Promote centre course and provide course consultation to prospective parents and students
  • Coordinating and facilitating classes with material preparation
  • Handle general administrative tasks pertaining to student and course registration matters
  • Supervision of primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework, spelling, extra worksheets and conduct enrichment lessons
  • Support student care programme during planned physical activities
  • Responsible for new students enrollment daily.
  • Follow up on sales enquiries with parents who enquire and collection of school fees
  • Take attendance and assign classrooms to teachers and students
  • Manage class schedules and communicate with tutors, parents and/or students on starting classes or change of timing, and any other situation that may arise
  • Take photos/videos of classes for marketing collaterals and helping in creating social media postings
  • Daily clean up of classrooms and work area.
  • Perform any ad hoc basis as assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O' Level or any related educational level
  • Minimum possess 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service or student care role would be advantageous
  • Training would be provided for candidate
  • Able to commit full duration of the contract (till Dec 2025)
  • Must be responsible and committed
  • Possess good working attitude and keen to learn
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese will be advantageous (in order to follow up on enquiries from Mandarin speaking parents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must love children and comfortable working around them
