Roles & Responsibilities

  • Basic $2,000 $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Birthday benefits
  • 5-day work week (required to work 2 Saturdays, will be given 2 off-days during weekdays)
  • 7am – 4:30pm
  • Location: Admiralty

Responsibilities

  • Issue invoices, schedule deliveries, and coordinate with logistics.
  • Prepare order summaries, notify drivers, and issue cash invoices to specific customers.
  • Follow up on payments with customers and manage the logistics team communication.
  • Handle weekly bill settlements, supplier invoices, and office supplies.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Min. GCE 'O' level or relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients.
  • Singaporeans only.
