- Location: Admiralty
Responsibilities
- Issue invoices, schedule deliveries, and coordinate with logistics.
- Prepare order summaries, notify drivers, and issue cash invoices to specific customers.
- Follow up on payments with customers and manage the logistics team communication.
- Handle weekly bill settlements, supplier invoices, and office supplies.
- Complete ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Min. GCE 'O' level or relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients.
- Singaporeans only.
