At CSM Academy International, we're dedicated to making a difference in our industry, and we're seeking a talented Account cum HR Administration Assistant to join our team.


In this role, you'll play a crucial part in keeping our operations running smoothly, from managing financial records to handling HR documentation and more.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping and Financial Management:

  • Utilize Xero accounting software to accurately record revenue and costs.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Collaborate with the outsource finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

2. Human Resources Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation, including contracts and personal information.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to payroll processing, such as timesheet management and leave tracking.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
  • use the HR apps Payboy for easier HR Administration

3. Claims Submission and Grant Applications:

  • Research and apply for grants and funding opportunities to support company initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all claims and grant applications.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero, is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • digitally savvy, able to use HR Apps for easy HR administration
