CS / Admin Executive

Key responsibilities include:
- Handle customer enquiries, membership sign-ups, and programme registrations
- Manage payment processing, invoicing, and administrative tasks
- Assist in scheduling and coordination of classes, events, and facility bookings
- Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Support marketing and communications efforts (e.g., newsletters, social media updates)
- Work closely with coaches, instructors, and management to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Knowledge in Airtable is a plus)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
- Passion for sports, fitness, and working with families is a plus

This is a 100% onsite position.
Office location: Yishun (some occasional travelling to other part of Singapore may be required from time to time)
Working hours:
Mon & Tue, 10am - 7pm
Wed, 12 - 8pm
Thu & Fri, 12 - 7pm
Sat, 7.30am - 12.30pm
