We specialize in helping students build confidence, enhance their oratory skills, and excel in speech competitions.

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Chinese speech tuition center. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a deep understanding of Chinese language learning.

Key Responsibilities1. Center Operations & Management
  • Oversee the daily operations of the tuition center, ensuring smooth execution of classes and events.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Manage class scheduling, student enrollment, and teacher assignments.
2. Student & Parent Relations
  • Serve as the primary contact for student and parent inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Address feedback and concerns promptly to ensure a positive learning experience.
  • Organize orientation sessions and workshops for new students and parents.
3. Academic & Program Coordination
  • Collaborate with Chinese speech instructors to ensure high-quality lesson delivery.
  • Monitor student progress and recommend improvements to course structures.
  • Assist in the development of new speech training programs and competitions.
4. Marketing & Outreach
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student enrollment.
  • Manage social media platforms, online campaigns, and community outreach programs.
  • Organize promotional events, speech contests, and workshops to enhance the center's reputation.
5. Financial & Administrative Management
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure timely collection of tuition fees and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure compliance with education regulations.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, social media management, and customer service best practices.
  • Experience in speech training, public speaking, or language education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with student engagement strategies and competition planning.
  • Background in financial management and budgeting.
