Job Responsibilities:

As the Vice President of Product Development, you will bring experience and vision to drive the strategy, innovation, and execution of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, and ensuring that our products meet both global and regional market demands.

Job Descriptions:

Product Strategy & Development:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive product development strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Drive innovation and technology adoption to maintain a competitive edge
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap and ideation, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business priorities

Regional & Global Market Adaptation:

  • Lead regional product development strategies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and support teams to tailor product offerings for different markets
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine product positioning

Cross-functional Leadership:

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to design, development, launch, and post-market support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with multiple lines of business including R&D engineering, sales, product and data science to ensure seamless execution and successful product rollouts
  • Drive Agile and Lean development methodologies to enhance efficiency and speed-to-market

Performance Management & Execution:

  • Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage product development budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Ensure product scalability, performance, security, and reliability while optimizing costs

Job Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role especially in regional country
  • Strong expertise in networking technologies, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT products (depending on your industry)
  • Proven experience in managing regional product strategies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, market-leading solutions and adaptation
  • Deep understanding of regional compliance, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and modern product development frameworks
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance technical and commercial considerations
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
