ProvideRetail Experience That Meets Guest Expectations

Supervision/Training Of The Retail Team

  •  Inducts and trains Retail Associates intechnical skills and product knowledge.
  • Manages team within guidelines of the hotel.
  • Coaches Retail Associates to constantly improve ormaintain performance and provides guidance where performance isbelow expectation.
  • Ensures execution andmaintenance of all Visual Guideline as well as guaranteeing thevisual presentation of retail store is meeting all set Rafflesstandards.
  • Ensures that safe working practicesare followed including emergency procedures.
  • Maintains levels of confidentiality and discretion forcolleagues and guests.
  • Develops own knowledgeand skills as a contributing member of the Retail team.

Online Orders And Store Orders

  •  Ensure that all web orders and enquiriesare answered timely.
  • Ensure all onlineproducts information, inventory and new products are up todate
  • Maintains levels of confidentiality anddiscretion for colleagues and guests.
  • Continuously develop own knowledge and skills as acontributing member of the Retail team.

Other Responsibilities

  • Tooversee and ensure smooth processing of mail ordersrequest.
  • Timely providing feedback from gueststo enhance guest’s experience.
  • To observeprofessional and customer focused telephone etiquette at alltimes.

Tour Guide

Candidate'sProfile

Knowledge andExperience

  • Minimum of 2 years ofrelevant experience in the retail industry.
  • Ability to speak Japanese will be anadvantage.
