Roles & Responsibilities

This position provides timely and effective secretarial support to the SVP Operations and SVP Finance as well as to handle confidential data.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all confidential secretarial and administrative duties are completed timely and within established company guidelines for SVP Operations.
  • Manage the SVP Operation’s and SVP Finance's appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials for meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements and hotel bookings for visitors from overseas and local employees travelling overseas, including VISA related issues.
  • Organising and coordinating visitors’ schedules, events and town hall meetings.
  • Ensure effective and efficient documentation, filing and database management.
  • All other administrative matters such as correspondences, stationery, pantry supplies, etc.

Requirements :

  • 5 years of experience as a secretary
  • Must have experience working in Manufacturing environment
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated, result focus and a team player
  • Independent, resourceful, responsible and meticulous
